This is the first week of the FoC program technically being under full swing on the shipping side (i.e. all systems sorted out and issues resolved).

What this means, all of your most recent orders (2-4 weeks back) will be packed and shipped this week. Any outlying orders (yes there are still a small chunk) will be bundled in WITH these current orders.

If there is a shipping difference when we do this, that will be refunded.

Outside of Diamond silliness (which the entire industry is dealing with) we should be all gravy. USPS issues have been sorted as well. 

I had some of you comment about the shipping costs, this is still a new program and we don't have thousands of people ordering weekly. Bigger FoC programs can offer flat rate shipping, but that is because they have 100 fold the customers we do and have also had decades to actually figure out how to manage and handle FoC.

Please remember this is the ground floor, hell still the foundation being built. You are helping us build the best program being offered currently (in it's state this is still the best FoC program you will find). 

Just keep in mind, we are not mid town/etc (nor do we ever aim to be). This is a service offered by people who are tired of the industry taking short cuts. This will continue to evolve and will ALWAYS have you all front and center of that evolution. We will NEVER do something strictly to make an easy buck, there is a need across the industry for better services/products/etc and that is our only goal in this.
